Pay an Invoice or Flat Fee (Operating Account)

Use this option to pay an invoice for services already rendered or to pay a flat fee for a specific service. These payments are applied directly to your account.

Retainer / Advance Deposit (Client Trust Account)

Use this option to make an advance payment (retainer) for future legal services. These funds will be deposited into our client trust account and applied only as fees are earned under your engagement agreement.

Important – Select the Correct state Trust Account:

We maintain separate trust accounts for matters handled in each state:

• Idaho Trust Account – for Idaho matters

• Georgia Trust Account – for Georgia matters

If you are unsure which trust account applies to your case, please contact our office before making a payment, and we will assist you.
