Make a Payment on Your Account

Use this option to pay an invoice for services already rendered or to pay a flat fee for a specific service. These payments are applied directly to your account and deposited into our operating account.

Make a Trust Deposit / Advance Payment

Use this option to make an advance payment (retainer) for future legal services. These funds will be deposited into our trust account and applied to future work performed on your matter.

Important – Select the Correct Trust Account:

We maintain separate trust accounts for each state where we practice:

  • Idaho Trust Account – for matters handled in Idaho

  • Georgia Trust Account – for matters handled in Georgia

Please ensure you select the correct trust account based on the state where your legal matter is being handled.

If you are unsure which trust account applies to your case, please contact our office before making a payment, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please select the correct option to ensure your payment is processed appropriately. If you have questions about which payment type to choose, contact our office before submitting your payment.

Disclaimer:
Submitting a payment through this portal does
not by itself create an attorney–client relationship with our firm. Trust deposits will be held in our client trust account and applied only as fees are earned or expenses are incurred in accordance with your engagement agreement.

Important Information for New Clients

If you are a new or prospective client, please note that submitting a payment does not establish an attorney–client relationship with our firm. Representation only begins once we have a signed engagement agreement and have confirmed our acceptance of your matter.

  • Advance Payments (Retainers): Any funds submitted as a trust deposit will be held in our client trust account and will not be drawn upon until representation begins and fees are earned under a signed agreement.

  • Flat Fees / Invoice Payments: Do not submit payment for legal services unless you have received specific instructions or a fee agreement from our office.

If you are unsure which payment option to select or whether it is appropriate to submit a payment at this time, please contact our office before proceeding.
