How It Works
Buying legal services online might feel unfamiliar.
Here's exactly what happens.
From "Add to Cart" to legally protected — five straightforward steps, all done at your pace.
Step 1: Purchase your Service
Add the package or service you need to your cart and complete checkout. Your payment is processed securely. For payment plan packages, only your first installment is charged at checkout.
Step 2: We send you an engagement letter
You'll receive an engagement letter by email outlining the scope of your service and payment terms. Sign it electronically — this officially starts your matter and authorizes us to begin work.
Payment plan clients will also authorize their monthly payment schedule at this step.
Step 3: Complete your intake form
Once your engagement letter is signed, we'll send you an online intake form to gather the information your attorney needs — family details, assets, beneficiaries, and your wishes. Complete it at your own pace, from home.
Step 4: Your attorney gets to work
A licensed attorney reviews your intake and prepares your personalized, state-specific documents. You'll have direct access to your attorney throughout. If anything needs clarification, we'll reach out directly.
Step 5: Receive your documents and execute your plan
Your completed documents are delivered as a PDF. If you'd like an attorney to walk you through execution, an In-Person Execution or Remote Signing Meeting can be added to your order — and is already included in select packages.
