Founded in 2020
Atkins Law Offices was established by Thomas Atkins with a clear mission: to provide exceptional legal services that combine expertise with genuine care for our clients. Recognizing the need for personalized, transparent legal guidance, Thomas set out to create a firm that prioritizes long-term relationships over transactional interactions.
Starting with a focus on estate planning, our practice has grown to encompass business, probate, dispute resolution, and nonprofit services, serving clients across Georgia. Our expansion reflects our commitment to meeting our clients' evolving needs while maintaining the personal touch that defines our practice.

Tess berish
OFFICE MANAGER | MARKETING | CLIENT RELATIONS
Education
Bachelor of Science Media Communications (BS), Full Sail University (2020)
Experience & Background
Tess was born and raised near Scranton, Pennsylvania. After serving six years in the United States Air Force, they chose to chart a new path, earning a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications from Full Sail University. Drawing from their military discipline and creative expertise, Tess brings a well-rounded and innovative approach to management at the firm.
Committed to giving back, Tess is an active volunteer in their community. They create video content for Wild Hearts Idaho, capturing outdoor adventures and creating impactful video content for events and social campaigns. Tess also supports Boise Bicycle Project as a volunteer mechanic and assists with events. In their personal time, Tess enjoys exploring Idaho's beautiful outdoors through cycling, camping, skiing, and hiking. What Tess enjoys most about their work at the firm is the opportunity to help people in their community, making a tangible difference in their lives.

Experience & Background
Saida Razaee, born in Moscow, Russia, and raised in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran, came to the United States of America as a refugee. Regardless of her family's struggles as refugees, Saida quickly settled in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Boise High School at the age of 16.
Saida serves at Atkins Law Offices as our Strategic Operations Manager, a key corporate officer role focused on advancing the technology, processes, and community impact of Atkins Law Offices. She pursued and obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Boise State University and her Master's of Science in Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
Meet Our Administrative Team
Phil Roeske
ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT LIAISON
Phil was adopted from the Idaho Humane Society in December 2022. He is currently training to compete in agility competitions. He has been working hard to learn tunnels, jump combinations, and, most importantly, focusing for more than 30 seconds at a time. When he is not training, Phil enjoys going to the greenbelt, meeting other dogs, and running in the foothills. He is an avid napper and spends most of his day recovering from his hard workouts.
Blakely Atkins
ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT LIAISON
Blakely Atkins was born in 2018 to a black poodle father and golden retriever mother, both of Middleton, Idaho. Blakely graduated from Positive Pets Puppy Preschool in 2019 and thereafter unsuccessfully pursued her Service Dog Certificate from the Razaee Academy of Failed Emotional Support and Service Animals. Blakely was honorably discharged from the academy in 2022 and now serves as our Administrative and Client Services Support Liaison.
