Position: Associate Attorney - Full Time
Compensation: $75,000-$105,000 DOE + Bonus, Sign-on Bonus
Location: Burlington, Vermont
Description: The firm currently has 3 attorneys who all represent employers, trusts, estates, and families throughout all jurisdictions in which they practice. The firm is seeking a self-motivated, experienced associate capable of supporting and advancing the skills and abilities of our current team. Our associates participate immediately in the litigation process including court hearings and depositions, and also maintain a high volume office practice including file analysis and written work product.

Position: Legal Intern (ALO-LI)
Compensation: $25 per hour and $1,500 professional clothing allowance
Hours Required: 10-20 per week
Location: Boise, Idaho and Remote
Description: The Atkins Law Offices Legal Intern (ALO-LI) is an introductory / foundational role, during which the ALO-LI will receive professional and tailored work attire as well as training in ALO legal areas, ALO values, ALO technology, and ALO procedures. Successful completion of the ALO-LI Program will qualify the completing individual for a salaried Associate (ALOA) role contingent only on the individual’s admission to practice law in any of the following states: Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, California, Georgia, or Vermont.
