Jordan Roeske, J.D.

Jordan Roeske is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Oregon. Jordan is a dedicated attorney who is passionate about exceeding client need and ensuring all participants gain an adequate level of understanding regarding their legal inquiry.
He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law where he gained a JD with an emphasis in Business Law and Entrepreneurship. In addition to providing business and tax assistance, Jordan enjoys and excels at legal research. He values practicing law because it allows him to work with clients to produce positive results for themselves and their companies.

Michael deleon guerrero, J.D.

Michael DeLeon Guerrero is licensed to practice law in Idaho. Michael was born and raised on the island of Saipan, capital of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and moved to Idaho to attend Boise State University. After graduating from Boise State, Michael became a juvenile probation officer with Ada County. From 2011-2017, Michael worked one-on-one with at-risk youth, families, schools, and numerous service providers in the area to address criminogenic risk factors and monitor court compliance. Although he enjoyed serving his community, Michael was presented with the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer when he was accepted into the University of Idaho’s first Boise based law school program.
While attending the University of Idaho, Michael was a managing editor of the Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal and was on the Dean’s list throughout the program.
Prior to joining Atkins Law Offices, Michael worked at major firms in Boise and has practiced insurance defense as well as general commercial litigation. Michael also has experience working with businesses, large and small, in pursuing and defending breach of contract disputes as well as derivative actions.
Michael enjoys assisting families and businesses through the complexities of civil litigation, business planning, and tax dispute resolution. Michael brings to Atkins Law offices his in-depth understanding of how insurance companies operate in dealing with a variety of claims, including slip and fall injuries, car accidents, premises liability matters, and coverage disputes. His current practice focuses on fighting for people and organizations who have been harmed. Michael truly enjoys being an advocate for people and businesses during complex legal disputes.

Thomas Atkins, J.D., M.S.A.T., M.B.A.

Thomas Atkins is licensed to practice law in Idaho, Georgia, and Vermont. Thomas was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He has worked in local news broadcasting, nonprofit management, university faculty development, university instruction, and since 2020, the practice of law.
Thomas enjoys being an attorney because he loves helping people. The law, especially the law that touches tax and estate planning, can be complex and not very transparent. Thomas not only enjoys helping people navigate the law, but helping them understand it as well.

Tess Berish

Tess Berish was born and raised near Scranton, Pennsylvania. After serving 6 years in the United States Air Force, they decided to explore a different path. Tess attended Full Sail University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications. Utilizing a unique set of skills from both their Military experience and education, Tess thrives in the Management world.
In their free time, Tess enjoys the beautiful outdoors whether it be cycling, camping, running, skiing, hiking or just relaxing in one of the many parks Boise has to offer. Tess is a videographer/photographer with a primary focus of landscape/portrait photography and creating video content for a local nonprofit. They are also a musician and produce music for fun.

Saida Razaee
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS l MARKETING l PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Saida Razaee, born in Moscow, Russia, and raised in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran, came to the United States of America as a refugee. Regardless of her family’s struggles as refugees, Saida quickly settled in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Boise High School at the age of 16. Thereafter, Saida pursued and obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Boise State University and her Master’s of Science in System’s Engineering from San Jose State University.
Saida serves at Atkins Law Offices as our Strategic Operations Manager, a key corporate officer role focused on advancing the technology, processes, and community impact of Atkins Law Offices.
In her free time, Saida also serves the Boise nonprofit community as the Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors for Listen for a Change, Inc.

katie O’Tousa
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Katie finds significant joy in helping people. Katie’s primary occupation is teaching high school science. When she is not teaching, Katie is in the foothills hiking with her dog, or in the law office working with clients and is a part of most signing meetings. Katie serves in a variety of roles as a legal assistant.
She graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s of science degree in biology and psychology. She also holds a graduate certificate in secondary education. Katie loves the Treasure Valley as it has been her home for over 12 years. She also looks forward to any opportunity to travel to the Bend, Oregon office to provide client support and legal assistance.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT LIAISON
Phil was adopted from the Idaho Humane Society in December 2022. He is currently training to compete in agility competitions. He has been working hard to learn tunnels, jump combinations, and most importantly, focusing for more than 30 seconds at a time. He loves what he does, and hopes to become an Atkins Law Offices sponsored professional athlete someday.
When he is not training, Phil enjoys going to the greenbelt, meeting other dogs, and running in the foothills. He is an avid napper and spends most of his day recovering from his hard workouts. Phil joins the Atkins Law Offices’ team as an administrative and client services support liaison.
Blakely atkins
ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT LIAISON
Blakely Atkins was born in 2018 to a black poodle father and golden retriever mother, both of Middleton, Idaho. Blakely graduated from Positive Pets Puppy Preschool in 2019, and thereafter unsuccessfully pursued her Service Dog Certificate from the Razaee Academy of Failed Emotional Support and Service Animals. Blakely was honorably discharged from the academy in 2022 and now serves as Atkins Law Offices’ Administrative and Client Services Support Liaison.
Blakely has accrued 17 nicknames over the years, including, but not limited to: Banana, Nana, NeeNee, Nener, Potato, Catchaloo, Stuffed Chicken, Love Face, Puppy Face, Girl Face, Love Girl, PawPaw Ho’Tep, Hibiscus Kisses, and Blondie. Blakely enjoys traveling, running, sleeping, and eating.
